Terms of Sale:
- Each purchase is licensed to a single user, for use on a single system at a time. Please see our License Agreement for complete details.
- All sales are final. We invite you to take advantage of our free no-risk trial before purchasing your license.
- Unless otherwise specified, all purchases are for an electronic download only. No physical product (box, cd, etc) will be shipped.
- Upon completion of your order and initial verification of your credit card, you will be mailed, or emailed if ordering on-line, a license key to unlock the copy of VideoReDo you have downloaded from this site. DRD Systems reserves the right to send you a full function temporary key key until the payment has been fully processed by your bank.
- If you receive a temporary key, this key will be valid for at least 60 days from your order date. Upon final verification of your payment, you will receive, via mail or email, a permanent license for this version of VideoReDo. Verification usually occurs within 1-7 days. This two step process is designed to reduce credit card fraud.
- Your license purchase entitles you to technical support and maintenance releases to the product you are registering.
- New Jersey, USA residents will be charged 7% sales tax when using PayPal.
- Georgia, USA residents will be charged 7% sales tax when ordering via RegSoft.
- Members of EU countries subject to VAT.

Paying for a VideoReDo Registration via Direct Bank Transfer:
VideoReDo customers in the United States and Canada can use a direct transfer (electronic check) from their bank account to purchase a VideoReDo registration.
Instructions:
- Go to www.PayPal.com and set up an account. When PayPal asks you to fund the account, indicate you'll be funding by "Instant Bank Transfer". You do not have to fund the account during this registration process.
- On the VideoReDo purchase page, click on the PayPal button. Log into PayPal and complete the forms. PayPal will ask you for your bank transfer number and will then transfer the $49.99 (converted to your local currency) directly from your bank account. It typically takes 2-5 days for the funds to clear, so if you need a temporary key for VideoReDo during the clearing period, please email a request to our support group.
