VideoReDo believes the customer comes first. Unlike so many MPEG editing software products we don't hide behind the Internet. The latest release of our software is always easy to install, configure, and delivers exactly what we say it delivers. But if you need assistance with VideoReDo, our expert Technical Support Staff is here to help you. So choose the right people behind the right software to deliver:

Level 1

Complementary Software Updates: These are not just bug fix releases, but new versions that deliver new features that customers have requested and VideoReDo development has delivered.

So make sure you have the latest version of your VideoReDo software. You can do this within your VideoReDo software, by just clicking on the menu Help>Check for Updated Version. Then, if you are connected to the Internet, we will check our web site for a more current release and be given the option to download it. Its that easy. You can also configure VideoReDo to automatically check for new releases using the Tools>Options>Startup page.

Level 2

Built-in Help: Start your VideoReDo software and choose Help. You can look at the Table of Contents or an index of key topics or search using key words or phrases.


Level 3

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): Many of the most common questions and their answers are addressed within the VideoReDo FAQ page. We encourage you to please review the FAQ page prior to posting any questions to our active user group on the Forum.

Level 4

Active Discussion Forum: Our users are very active on the forum and it covers a wide range of topics as customers post their questions. You will receive answers from both active users and our own VideoReDo customer support staff. The Forum is searchable so if you have a question, it mostly likely has already been asked and answered here, so search before postings to save yourself some time.

An important area of our VideoReDo Forum is the beta section. This is where the latest enhancements are made available for testing and evaluation before a complete release.

Level 5

Complementary Email Support : We recommend you first search the Forum and FAQs for your support questions prior to sending an email. But if you still need direct support regarding video editing your email will generate a support ticket that will be followed up by our VideoReDo Customer Support Staff. Level 6

Complimentary Telephone Support: Sometimes you need the give and take that only a conversation with a real person can provide. All VideoReDo customers can call for support (excluding toll charges from your long distance company). The Technical Support Staff will receive your call and reply based on the criticality of your support request.
